Welcome to Leaveora.ai (“Leaveora”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our leave management platform, including our website, application, AI features, approval workflows, and related services. By signing up or using Leaveora, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of service
Leaveora provides a cloud-based leave and workforce management platform. Our service includes:
- Leave request submission, approval workflows (sequential, parallel, or first-approval), and balance tracking.
- Company leave dashboard and analytics, reports, and export options.
- AI-powered assistant (chatbot) for leave queries, balance checks, policy information, and workforce insights.
- Configurable leave policies, accrual rules, and compliance-related features.
We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where appropriate.
2. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have authority to bind your organisation if you are signing up on its behalf.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Leaveora only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party data.
- Misuse the AI assistant or any feature to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or abuse shared resources.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your data and privacy
You retain ownership of the data you submit to Leaveora. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any personal or organisational data you upload (e.g. employee details, leave records) and that your use complies with applicable privacy and employment laws.
5. Subscription, pricing, and payment
Paid plans are subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at sign-up or on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance (e.g. monthly or annually). You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. Refunds are handled according to the plan and our refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
Leaveora and its content, design, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service or use our trademarks without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. AI-generated suggestions (e.g. approval recommendations, workforce insights) are for assistance only and do not constitute legal, HR, or compliance advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and compliance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaveora and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leaveora and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your data, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leaveora regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. Leaveora is powered by Nextarch Labs.
